Celebrating Success

In our school, we believe in celebrating the positive contributions each child makes to our community. We take great pride in rewarding pupils who consistently "do the right thing," demonstrate our core Christian values, and show commitment through excellent attendance and punctuality.
To maintain our high expectations for conduct and effort, children are expected to achieve 95% positive Dojo points each week. These points are earned for living out our values and demonstrating excellence in various areas:
- Character and Kindness: Being a good sport, being helpful, honest, kind, and treating others with respect.
- Academic Dedication: Producing excellent work, submitting good homework, and showing perseverance in their learning.
- Community Conduct: Demonstrating good behaviour, lining up well, and making positive choices during lunchtime.

Celebrating Excellence
We have high expectations of all pupils and ensure their hard work never goes unnoticed:
- Aiming High: Exceptional work is celebrated daily, with pupils' names proudly displayed on our "Aim High" boards throughout the school to inspire others.
- Book Presentation: Pride in work is a key focus; excellent presentation in books is celebrated throughout the week.
- Friday Celebration Assembly: Each Friday, we come together as a whole school to share these successes. We recognise our top Dojo earners, celebrate outstanding book presentation, and applaud those who have reached the pinnacle of our high standards.
These rewards reinforce our school ethos, encouraging every child to live out our values of trust, forgiveness, and compassion in their daily interactions.
