In English, we have been reading the book Short.

We focused on using powerful vocabulary and using cohesion within our writing. We also wrote instructions and reports.

  

In Maths, we have learnt how to read and draw angles, percentages, fractions, and decimal numbers and how they are related.

  

In RE, we have been learning about pilgrimages and Easter.

   

In Science, we have been learning about forces. We completed investigations learning about gravity, air resistance and friction.

   

In Topic, we learnt about sustainability and climate change. We mapped the rise in sea levels and discussed man’s influence on the world.

    

During Easter Week, we researched the meaning and symbolism of Christian Easter services, created artwork showing the Easter story. Used our knowledge of nets to create Easter baskets and made chocolate nests.
