We are holding a short welcome meeting on Friday 19^th January from 9AM for all adults who are interested in volunteering some time at Bishop John Robinson Primary School.

 

If you have already completed the on-line volunteer sign-up form on the school website, thank you. If you have not yet done this then there is still time. Please visit www.bishopjohnrobinsonprimary.co.uk and click the ‘Contact Us’ tab where you will find the form. Even if you haven’t you are welcome to come along.

 

We welcome volunteers for such activities as;

 

·         Reading with children

·         Supervision on class trips

·         Helping in class

·         Leading play at lunch times

·         Fund Raising

·         Organising events

·         Administrative (office work)

·         Premises (eg gardening, painting, litter)

 

At the meeting you will have a chance to;

 

·         Have a cup of tea with other volunteers

·         Organise when you will be coming in to school

·         Have a short talk on safeguarding in school
